PROVOST

Education is the bedrock of nationhood, research and development; it lights the path to greatness and unlocks the gates to health and wealth.

Great Success College of Health Sciences and Technology, Gwada,

is investing heavily in the area of human resource development particularly in the field of health engineered towards freeing people of various communities from the grip of ignorance, poverty and disease.

The college’s effort comes with a price where it had to introduce Scholarship Grants to prospective candidates especially those who are not buoyant financially. The college’s effort however is just a drop in the ocean of needs for sponsorship amongst post-school leavers.

This brings us to the question of whether the wealthy ones in our societies are actually in tune with the need to educate the ever growing population of youths. Training the youths especially in skills acquisition goes a long way in reducing the incidence of poverty, disease and thuggery in our societies. Great success, college of Health Sciences and Technology wish to use this medium to reach out to wealthy individual, organizations and governments to complement its efforts by assisting the youths in terms of sponsoring them to study at the college.

Currently over two hundred students are enjoying scholarship awards by the College and a handful of determined individuals. Most of the students enjoying these scholarship slots are drawn from impoverished rural communities. Indicators have proved that most of this scholarship students are performing creditably. The College will not slumber in its quest to meet up to the challenges of indecency in our society.

The youths should understand that having that projection in mind that they are going to be leaders of tomorrow, they need to come to the drawing board in preparation for the tasks ahead. In the light of this, eligible youths are hereby called upon to enroll for studies in this college. The college is study-friendly with a lot of recreational facilities and provides incentives for students and staff with outstanding performances.
